Superior Surface Treatments Safeguard Your Maritime Journey

Anodizing

Provides hard protective coating for aluminum parts with aesthetic coloring options. Ideal for masts and brackets, effectively resists seawater corrosion.

Galvanizing

Perfect corrosion protection for steel components with durable zinc layer. Suitable for keels and anchor chains with protection lasting up to 20 years.

Polishing

Reduces surface friction, enhances smoothness and appearance, ideal for pulleys, bearings and decorative elements.

Sandblasting

Creates uniform rough surfaces enhancing coating adhesion. Perfect for anti-slip deck areas and as pre-treatment for other finishes.

Chrome Plating

Delivers brilliant finish with superior wear resistance. Used for deck hardware and controls, maintaining shine even in marine environments.

Electrophoretic Coating

Uniform coating covering complex shapes inside and out. Ideal for cabin equipment and fasteners with excellent salt spray resistance.

Materials

Materials determine service life

Grades:
17-4PH, 316, 316L, 304, 304L, 2205, 15-5PH etc.

Material Characteristics:
Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal stability, and outstanding mechanical strength and machinability. SUS316 is more suitable for harsh environments with chloride, such as marine conditions.

Surface Finishing Options:
Polishing, sandblasting, chrome plating, etc., enhance corrosion resistance and surface hardness.

Grades:
TC-4, TA-2, TA-2, TA-1, TA-3 etc.

Material Characteristics:
Titanium alloys have a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance, and long lifespan, ideal for aerospace, medical, and chemical industries. Grade 5 is used for high-load and high-performance scenarios, while Grade 2 suits moderate requirements at a lower cost.

Surface Finishing Options:
Anodizing, sandblasting, chemical oxidation, etc., improve corrosion resistance and surface aesthetics.
Grades:
6061-T6, 6082-T6, 5083, 7075-T6, 6063-T5/T6, 5086, 6061-T651, 7075-T651, 5052 etc.

Material Characteristics:
Aluminum alloys are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and have excellent machinability. 6061 is commonly used for general mechanical components and structural parts, while 7075, due to its high strength, is widely used in aerospace and automotive industries.

Surface Finishing Options:
Anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating, offering enhanced wear resistance and decorative surfaces with color options.
